WELCOME to the NEW TDS BLOG

Updated: Jan 12, 2022

The Dancers' Studio is proud to reach a new level in our performing arts training. Because knowledge is just as important as the physical training we provide, we are introducing The Dancers' Studio Blog. A place where dancers and parents can learn more about the ins and outs of the dance world.

Whether you are a new dance mom or dad, or a seasoned veteran to the incredible, but sometimes a little crazy, dance life, we'll cover topics that'll hopefully help shed light on some of the questions you might have. Questions about why we have a dress code, what dance class etiquette is, how to ask about class placement, what the competitive dance team is like, and lots more!

Regardless of where you are in your journey, The Dancers' Studio Family stands by creating a fun and supportive environment for everyone within our studio, parents included! We'll use this space to tell you more about us and get to know more about you and what ways we can assist you in becoming a well-informed member of our studio and the dance industry.

Feel free to interact. Ask questions and tell us what topics you'd like us to discuss. Please remember this is a safe zone. We expect kindness, respect, and have zero tolerance for gossip/bullying just as we expect within our studio.

As always, thank you for allowing us to share the world of performing arts with you and for choosing us in your child's training. We hope that you'll find a second home with us and that regardless of what your dancer chooses to do with their training here; become professional performers, instructors, dance majors, or even professionals in a different trade, they'll apply the disciplines they learned here in whatever lights their hearts on fire.

Check back periodically for new posts!
